Eligibility: Applicant must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident  residing  in Hawaii.
Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate financial need, high academic achievement and depth of character. Application requirements: Essay , transcript. FAFSA and SAR, SAT/ACT scores.
Additional information: Minimum 2.7 GPA. Must be resident of the Ka'a'awa area on Windward O'ahu. Preference given to long-time residents. Amount and number of awards vary and may change year ly.
