Intended use: For full-time undergraduate or graduate study at accredited  2-year  or 4-year institution  in United States.
Eligibility: Applicant must be U.S. citizen residing in Hawaii. Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate financial need, high  academic achievement  and depth of character.
Application  requirements:  Recommendations,  essay,
transcript. SAR, FAFSA, personal statement, SAT/ACT scores. Additional information: Minimum  2.7 GPA . Must  he from North or South Kona districts of Hawaii. Preference given to graduates of Holualoa Elementary  School.
