Eligibility: Applicant must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident residing in Hawaii.
Basis for selection: Major/career interest in dentistry; dental hygiene or dental assistant. Applicant must demonstrate
financial need, high academic achievement and depth of character.
Application requirements: Recommendations , essay, transcript, proof of eligibility. FAFSA and SAR, SAT/ACT scores. Letter from school confirming enrollment in the dental hygiene or dentistry program.
Additional information: Minimum 2.7 GPA. Applicants must have permanent address in Hawaii. Applicants taking up mainland residency must have relatives living in Hawaii.
